The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and doing the work of sewer system improvements according to Specifications, Plans, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Policies. The Bid Specifications are available for viewing at the office of The City Clerk of the City of Hoover, 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, Alabama, 35216. Bid Specifications and Bid Proposal Forms are also available for view and download from the City’s website at http://www.hooveralabama.gov/bids.aspx. Please note that Bid Specifications will NOT be mailed to prospective bidders. The bracket estimate on this project is from $340,275 - $416,000. This bracket range is shown only to provide general financial information to contractors and bonding companies, and should not be used in preparing a bid, nor will this bracket have any bearing on the decision to award the contract. The entire project shall be completed in 60 working days.
